What happens when we slow down enough to really meet our experience?
How might you find a spontaneous, creative response to each moment?

This unique five-day retreat brings contemplative and creative practice together as two ways of becoming more intimate with experience. Meditation practice and teachings will invite you into stillness and receptivity, while simple creative exercises of writing, drawing and time in nature will offer ways to give form and expression to what you encounter. More than making an accomplished picture or an eloquent poem, we are instead developing skilful and original responses to what we don’t yet know – allowing the essential formlessness of experience to find its own unexpected forms.

Together, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we learn to listen deeply, to stay open to uncertainty, and to respond with greater freedom.

No artistic experience is required. The retreat is open to all, whether experienced in meditation, or creativity, or both, or neither.
