Common questions about event bookings
What if I need to cancel?
If you have signed up for an event other than a one-day event and need to cancel, we will refund your ticket minus 25% admin fee until 7 days before the event. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event we will refund you 50% of the ticket. Single day events are non-refundable.
If we have to cancel the event you will receive a full refund.
Will online events be recorded?
All online events will be recorded on Zoom to accommodate participants in different time zones and to allow everyone to follow at their own pace.
The recordings will all be in ‘Speaker view’ so mostly feature Martin, plus occasionally those of you asking questions. If you feel uncomfortable with appearing, please let us know by sending an email at contact@dev.martinaylward.com and we will erase, pixelate or block out your image. Otherwise we will assume your consent in appearing, with your questions and participation being a support for others who will follow the teachings.
How can I access the recordings?
The recordings will be made available to all participants of the event. You will receive instructions on how to access this once you sign up to the event.
How do I get a certificate of complete for an online event?
If you need an certificate of completion for our online events, you will need to submit a declaration that you have been fully silent, followed the schedule fully and refrained from using the internet for the duration of the course, other than for the event participation.
How can I offer Dana?
Your support directly allows Martin to keep supporting you and others with teachings and practices. You can offer dana using PayPal, bank transfer in £, $ or €, or through a bitcoin transfer.

Et si je dois annuler?
Si vous vous êtes inscrit à un événement qui dure plus d’une journée et que vous devez annuler, nous vous rembourserons de votre inscription, moins 25% de frais administratifs jusqu’à 7 jours avant l’événement. Les enregistrements montrent principalement Martin, et parfois ceux d’entre vous qui posent des questions. Si vous ne vous sentez pas à l’aise d’apparaître, veuillez nous le faire savoir en envoyant un e-mail à contact@dev.martinaylward.com et nous effacerons, pixelliserons ou bloquerons votre image. Sinon, nous supposerons votre consentement à apparaitre sur l’enregistrement; vos questions et votre participation sont un soutien pour les autres qui suivront les enseignements.
Comment puis-je accéder aux enregistrements?

Comment obtenir une attestation de participation pour un événement en ligne?
Si vous avez besoin d’une attestation de participation pour nos événements en ligne, vous devrez soumettre une déclaration indiquant que vous avez été totalement silencieux, que vous avez pleinement suivi l’emploi du temps, et que vous vous êtes abstenu d’utiliser Internet pendant la durée du cours, autre que pour la participation à l’événement.
Comment puis-je offrir Dana?
