Martin Aylward has been meditating for 30 years, spending several years of his early 20s in Asian monasteries and with Himalayan hermits. He has been teaching worldwide since 1999, and The Arc is delighted to welcome Martin for the launch of his new book, 'Awake Where You Are'. During the evening, we will explore the mystery of awareness, and share practices and teachings of presence and openness, love and liberation. Signed books will be available for £12.
