Awake Where You Are - Day retreat - London Insight

This in-person retreat day will be held at St. Luke’s Community Centre in London, organised by London Insight, on Saturday March 5th from 10am to 5pm.

How easily we lose ourselves in abstraction, caught in the dramas and details of our lives, instead of meeting them directly. Trying to make sense of our lives, instead of deeply sensing our experience. Taking themes from Martin’s recently published book, Awake Where You Are, this day of practice and teachings will bring you home to an intimacy with embodied awareness.

Join Martin to explore the play between habitual tensions and relaxed awareness, friction and freeness, formal practice and whole-life integration.
