Meditation practice and teachings will invite you into stillness and receptivity, while simple creative exercises of writing, drawing and time in nature will offer ways to give form and expression to what you encounter. More than making an accomplished picture or an eloquent poem, we are instead developing skilful and original responses to what we don\u2019t yet know &#8211; allowing the essential formlessness of experience to find its own unexpected forms.<\/p>\n<p>Together, we\u2019ll explore what becomes possible when we learn to listen deeply, to stay open to uncertainty, and to respond with greater freedom.<\/p>\n<p>No artistic experience is required.
