These sublime qualities dissolve the barriers between self, other, and world, and open us into the vast expanse of an awakened heart.<\/p>\n<p>Through meditation, conscious movement, teachings, and dialogic inquiry, we will together explore these immeasurable states \u2014 not as distant ideals, but as intimate, embodies experiences, and as the very essence of a free and full life.
