2 weeks for experienced meditators who have already sat silent meditation retreats. We’ll go deeply into dharma teachings on the habits and nature of mind which underpin meditative practice and experience. The first 10 days will emphasise sustained, silent meditation, both in group form and with time for individual practice, supported by Martin’s teachings and guidance. The last 4 days will include integrative, relational and dialogic practices, and the retreat will also include ritual elements such as chanting and bowing, and kasina practices focusing on the elements. Martin’s teaching will end on Friday 20, with the last 24 hours until Saturday 21st being a chance to connect as sangha with other participants.
